Best Date Night Restaurants in Las Vegas

When it comes to Las Vegas, most people think of casinos, gambling, and crazy fun parties, right? Well what happened to the whole “Vegas is for lovers” idea? The truth is, while many tourists visit the popular town known as Sin City to let loose and have a good time, it’s actually a great city for couples wanting a romantic night out. Sure, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but with so many restaurants to choose from, your date night will turn into an evening you’ll want to tell everyone about. The key is finding the right restaurant for you and your spouse. Check out the list below of restaurants we recognized as the best for a romantic date night.

Bonanno's

Looking for something casual and laid back? Bonanno’s is your place. It’s a small Italian place serving up big flavors and tasty drinks. The seemingly “hole-in-the-wall” vibe they have going on here is enough to almost make you forget you’re on the Las Vegas strip. The staff is friendly and the restaurant as a whole reminds you of a pizzeria in New York City but with a fun twist. They even put butcher paper over the table cloths and give patrons crayons to draw while they wait for their food. Just about every online review on Bonanno’s mentions their incredible garlic knots, but what will likely be the star of your meal is the ricotta cheesecake you practically have to order for dessert.

Golden Steer Steakhouse

Are you in the mood for a juicy, flavorful steak? Make a reservation at Golden Steer Steakhouse. This place is on the fancy side so you and your date will want to dress appropriately, but the romantic ambience alone is worth taking the time to get dolled up. Visitors and locals alike love Golden Steer because of its old-school Vegas vibe. The entire experience, décor and staff included, will make you feel like you traveled back in time to Las Vegas as it should be. Online reviews for Golden Steer typically include the words “best steak ever” so you know it’s not going to disappoint! Between the oysters, the seafood, and of course the steak, you really can’t go wrong when ordering a bite to eat. If you enjoy Caesar salads, you’ll especially love watching your salad be prepared on a cart rolled right up to your table. Oh and of course, don’t forget the wine. Golden Steer has a long list of wines and not a single one of them would be a poor choice. For a romantic, intimate date night in Vegas, Golden Steer Steakhouse is a great option.

Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro
Another great place to get a tender, juicy steak is Morels. But it’s also the perfect restaurant to visit if you’re in the mood for a breakfast or brunch date. It’s certainly not unheard of for patrons to enjoy brunch and stay through happy hour at Morels, because it’s just that good! Their crafty Bloody Mary’s are a treat within themselves but it’s hard to pass up bottomless mimosas for $25! Of course for dinner you’ll want to order a steak or lobster, but for breakfast or brunch, their eggs Benedict is too delicious to pass up. Also, good luck turning down dessert. You’ll want to show up hungry and expect to leave fully satisfied because Morels is great place to wine, dine, and spend time with your loved one.

Alizé
Located inside the Palms Casino Resort, Alizé is the sort of place you wish you could take your spouse every week. It’s both romantic and classy, with a vibe that tells you you’re definitely treating yourself. I mean, after all, they are serving caviar. A new chef recently took over, bringing new life to the well-known French restaurant, but the food has always been incredibly delicious. You can choose to enjoy a seven course tasting menu, or order a meal off the menu. Either way you’re definitely not going to be disappointed. As for the actual menu, it’s relatively traditional French cuisine, but with a modern and unique edge thanks to the brilliant mind of the chef behind each dish. While there are undoubtedly handfuls of French restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas, Alizé is one that has earned the right to stand out. You’ll want to make a reservation and dress appropriately, as it is a fine dining experience. But the somewhat pricey menu is worth every penny.
